The only rebel I will ever love...

I got a new camera for christmas. The Canon Rebel XTi. I am so thrilled. I have wanted one for years. It is awesome. I have been taking pictures like crazy. Here is one of Abbey making CCcookies. She loves to pose. Bryant has not developed a great love for the flash yet, but I am sure he will get used to it. Hope everyone doesnt grow weary of looking at beautiful pictures of my family. Have a great day.

I'm Going To Russia

Happy New Year! 2007. Do you remember when you were a kid? I was reminising the other day and I recall thinking how many years it would be till the turn of the century. As a child it seemed that the years went by like a slow stream. As an adult am remembering the wisdom told to me by my papa who said, "son time will fly." How true is that? Very! Only moments ago I was a child sitting on the wood pile in Dennis, MS, now I sit here in my office serving in a job I love. That young boy sitting on the wood pile often could not imagaine getting out of the state, but now I am part of a team of 11 going to Ufa, Russia. It will be one of the most exciting trips of my life. We are in training now to prepare us to fulfil our roles as teachers. We will be teaching English as a second language to Russian nationals it is going to be awesome. Please pray for me and my team as we continue our preparations.

Merry Christmas

This is a photo of me and my pa pa at our 2006 Christmas lunch. Everyone had a great time. Well everyone except for my mom who was home with the flu. (compliments of my little Abbey) Mom kept Abbey, who had the flu, for two nights while the LBC Christmas musical was going on. (thanks mom). Anyway what a blessing to have a familiy. What an even bigger blessing to be apart of the family of God. Remember the greatest gift ever given was my Lord and My Savior Jesus the Christ. He humbled himself, came to earth as a man and eventually would pay the price for my redemption. Merry Christmas Everyone..
